SSC151 Peachy Tropical Flowers

Welcome to another Sunday Stamps Challenge!  Today is another fun spring color challenge, with some beautiful soft green and peach colors.

I have a list of stamp sets I own which are retiring on hand.  Have you marked up your catalog with retiring sets & accessories to make sure you don't miss out on those on your "want list"?  I've lost 19 sets this time -- how about you??

One retiring stamp and coordinating framelits set is Botanical Blooms and Botanical Builder Framelits.  If you follow me on Instagram, you might have seen a few Hawaii photos come by from our very recent vacation (in fact, we are still suffering from jet lag).  Grabbing this set was natural with all the wonderful colors and images of Hawaii still in my head.

Here is this week's challenge.  Use a minimum of 3 colors and a neutral of your choice.

Stamps: Botanical Blooms, Sunshine Sayings; Paper: So Saffron, Peekaboo Peach, Pear Pizzazz, Mossy Meadow, Season of Cheer DSP; Ink: Peekaboo Peach, Mossy Meadow, Soft Sky, Soft Suede; Accessories: Linen Thread, Banner Punch, Sponges, Botanical Builder Framelits, Big Shot, Dimensionals.

The Stamp Review Crew: Cool Treats

Welcome to another Stamp Crew Review Blog Hop!  We share our take on a selected stamp set every first and third Monday.  We're playing with another Occasions set, Cool Treats, and coordinating Frozen Treats framelits.  If you are following the blog hop order, you have just come from the very talented Betty Traciak's blog -- I just love her style!

Thank goodness for these Stamp Review Crew hops, which force me to get my stamps out and use them!  This is the first time I'm inking up this set that I have had since November.  *hanging head in shame*

I thought the splatter background from Playful Palette DSP would be a fun complement to the set.  I loosely followed the sketch from Fab Friday #109.  Actual popsicle sticks add a nice dimensional element to the card.

Stamps: Cool Treats; Paper: Blushing Bride, Sweet Sugarplum, Whisper White, Playful Palette DSP; Ink: Peekaboo Peach, Blushing Bride, Sweet Sugarplum, Memento Tuxedo Black, Whisper White Craft; Accessories: Playful Palette Washi Tape, Popsicle Sticks.

For stamp club options, I put together another color combination with this layout.

Up next is the fabulous Nikki Spencer.  Let's check out what fun projects she has put together with this week's set.

Time to Say Goodbye...

It's that time again: we're getting ready to retire stamps and accessories from both the Annual and Occasions Catalogs. As sad as it is to see these products go, there's still time for you to get them before they're gone. Plus, retiring products have discounts of up to 50%!  Retiring products will only be available until May 31, or while supplies last, so grab your favorites before they're gone!

Make sure to mark your catalogs with the following files:

Retiring Lists:

  • Dates: April 10 - May 31, 2017 (or while supplies last).
  • Orders can be placed as a demonstrator, customer, workshop, or online order.
  • Accessories will be available while supplies last.
  • Due to high demand for retiring stamps, we'll keep producing retiring stamps until May 22 (not accessories - accessories are only while supplies last).

Receive a FREE make & take, including instructions, as a thank you with your online order of $25 or more.  If your order is less than $150, please use hostess code KB3NACG9 VBSU7R3F.

Spring-Themed Birthday

I had fun sitting down and pulling together a pot of daffodils using the Occasion Catalog set Basket Bunch.  Daffodils are one of my favorite spring flowers!

This set coordinates with Basket Builder Framelits.  This card is a very different feel than the one you get when looking at the set (Easter is the overarching theme), and I love the versatility of this set!

Stamps: Basket Bunch, Thoughtful Banners; Paper: So Saffron, Old Olive, Tip Top Taupe, Whisper White, Delicate Dots DSP (retired SAB); Ink: Delightful Dijon, Garden Green, Tip Top Taupe; Accessories: Delicate White Doilies, White Baker's Twine, Sponge, Basket Builder Framelits, Big Shot, Dimensionals.

SSC150 Chocolate Bunny

Hi Everyone!  Time for another Sunday Stamps Challenge.  This week we have a sketch by Monika.  And Easter is just around the corner!

After several paper iterations, I landed on the Playful Palette patterned paper pack.  The speckle paper is kinda fun for an Easter card.  Check out those cute peeps!  I had a peach one (not shown) that looked like a creamcicle.

Here is this week's sketch.

Stamps: Basket Bunch; Paper: So Saffron, Blushing Bride, Flirty Flamingo, Peekaboo Peach, Crumb Cake, Tip Top Taupe, Soft Suede, Very Vanilla, Playful Palette DSP; Ink: Delightful Dijon, Melon Mambo, Early Espresso, Blendabilities; Accessories: White Baker's Twine, Banner Triple Punch, Basket Builder Framelits, Stitched Shapes Framelits, Big Shot, Dimensionals.
